it was one of those really, really, really sunny days. t'would be unwise it i had passed up on the chance to do a little photowalk around the neighborhood.

i finally had the chance to try out that roll of redscale film i bought especially for my trip to Cambodia, but ultimately did not use. had i used it with the Fisheye2, i think my pictures would look horridly scary, underexposed, and i would've bitched about it 'til the martians came home. the first couple of shots came out a little too reddish, though as the week progressed i read about how the film needs to be exposed longer to light to get the golden hue. hence, the +2 exposure compensation and widest f-stop which i will use from here on then with the remaining two redscale films i have.
i noticed how the Contax had some issues with advancing the film. several frames were purely blank, which i suspected as a little bit too much film advancing for the camera, but after those frames, the rest of the film started advancing normally. the price of purchasing a used ebay item.
